Our Clinic Founder, Dr Kyle Wingate

Dr Kyle Wingate is a local man who was born and raised in Cambridgeshire. He has worked throughout the UK and has finally returned to his roots to set up a clinic to help those in his local community.
​
Kyle is heavily involved in keeping an active lifestyle and promotes movement to his clinic members.
​​​
Kyle has been fortunate enough to work with professional athletes and teams. These have included Surrey Storm netball, elite powerlifters from all over the world and working with para sports Goal ball UK.

With a Master's degree in Sports Science and Psychology, and a second in Chiropractic from McTimoney College of Chiropractic, Kyle brings a unique, whole-body approach to healing that bridges performance, pain relief and long-term mobility.

Kyle’s journey began in the world of sports, where he saw first-hand how even the strongest bodies could be side-lined by injury, restriction or unresolved pain. What struck him most was how often people accepted those limitations as permanent.
That’s where Move Free was born.

Highly regarded Cambridge Chiropractor, Dr Kyle Wingate (DC), has a passion for the potential of the human body. He has a particular interest in treating persistent lower back and neck pain, as well as sports-related injuries. He is highly qualified, with a master's degree in Chiropractic from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic, building on his previous Master's degree in Sports Science and Psychology. Kyle has over 10 years experience working in the health industry and is registered with the General Chiropractic Council.

Kyle's background in sports and exercise has given him a wealth of knowledge with regard to how the body works, and how to help it heal to reach its full potential. As a Chiropractor, he is expert in manual therapies that help to reduce pain and improve mobility.

Kyle enjoys the process of the one-to-one care approach, tailoring individualised care to each person to obtain the best results.​​
After graduating University in 2022, Matthew gained valuable experience working in a physiotherapy clinic, where he developed his skills in injury assessment, rehabilitation, and hands-on treatment.
​
He is a proud member of the Sports Therapy Association (STA) and an associate member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP), ensuring his practice follows the highest professional standards.
When he's not in the clinic, you’ll usually find him on the golf course, playing football, or out for a run. Staying active is a big part of who he is, and it helps him understand the importance of keeping people moving and pain-free.​​
