Highly regarded Chiropractor Dr Kyle Wingate (DC) has a passion for the potential of the human body. He has a particular interest in treating persistent lower back and neck pain, as well as sports-related injuries. He has completed a master's degree in Chiropractic at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic, building on his previous Master's degree in Sports Science and Psychology.

Kyle's background in sports and exercise has given him a wealth of knowledge in how the body works and how to help it heal to reach its full potential. As a chiropractor, he is skilled in manual therapies that help to reduce pain and improve mobility.

Kyle enjoys the process of the one-to-one care approach, tailoring individualised care to each person to obtain the best results.​​
What to expect
​When you see a chiropractor for the first time, they will do a detailed assessment of your health. You will be asked for information about your current condition and also about your medical history and overall health. After this a physical examination will take place to gain a greater insight into your presenting complaint. ​
A thorough chiropractic exam may include general tests, such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and reflexes. Specific orthopedic and neurological tests may also be used to assess the:
Range of motion of the affected body part(s)
Muscle tone
Muscle strength
Neurological integrity

​​​​Some of the questions you will be asked may not seem important, but they will help your chiropractor to establish an overall picture of your health and determine whether Chiropractic Care is appropriate for your condition.
